  • THE HOTEL IS CURRENTLY CLOSED TO NON RESIDENTS, THERE IS A TOILET YOU CAN USE AT THE FORESHORE

  • CUSTOMERS ARE WELCOME TO BRING REFRESHMENTS ON BOARD OR IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO EAT, THE FERRYBOAT INN ARE CURRENTLY OPEN AND THE HOTEL WILL BE OPENING TO NON RESIDENTS IN DUE COURSE.

GETTING TO VENUE FROM CAR PARK

  • IT IS A 5 TO 10 MINUTE WALK FROM CAR PARK TO THE FORESHORE AND BOAT SHED

  • THE HOTEL IS CURRENTLY CLOSED – DO NOT GO INTO HOTEL

  • WALK PAST NEW PROPERTIES AND TURN RIGHT AND FOLLOW PATH TO FORESHORE AND THE BOAT HOUSE IS LOCATED TO THE LEFT

  • PLEASE KEEP 2 METRES APART FROM PEOPLE WHO NOT PART OF YOUR HOUSEHOLD

DURING BOAT TRIP

  • WE HAVE A TOILET AT THE FORESHORE WHICH IS CLEANED DAILY. YOU CAN WASH YOU HANDS IN THERE AND WE REQUIRE EVERYONE TO EITHER WASH THEIR HAND OR USE HAND SANITISER BEFORE BOARDING

  • THE BOATMAN WILL STAY 2 METRES APART FROM YOU WHEN BOARDING AND DISEMARKING AND THROUGHOUT THE TOUR WHERE PEOPLE ARE FROM FROM DIFFERENT HOUSEHOLDS.

  • PRIVATE CHARTERS THE BOATMAN WILL WEAR A MASK WHERE 2 METRE DISTANCING IS NOT POSSIBLE

  • AS ALWAYS WE WILL DEEP CLEAN HANNAH MOLLY BEFORE AND AFTER EVERY CHARTER AND THE TOILET REGULARLY

  •  WE WILL CONDUCT A SAFETY BRIEFING AS STANDARD PRACTICE BEFROE WE LEAVE THE DOCK

  • WE WILL KEEP A RECORD OF CUSTOMER CONTACT DETAILS FOR 21 DAYS AS PER GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES.
