Have you walked the South West Coastal Path? Or like us have walked some of it? Did you know it’s a charity? We didn’t, but recently discovered that it was set up a by a family down on holiday who set up the charity to keep it maintained and this year it’s celebrating it’s 50th anniversary with a month long walk along it!
It’s an incredible 630 mile route which is being celebrating with relay walks 12 May – 15 June ending with a photographic exhibition in Royal William Yard, Plymouth.
Join the Helford River section of the walk on Wednesday 7 June Afternoon: Porthallow to Helford and Thursday 8 June – Morning: Helford Passage to Maenporth, just sign up for FREE here. You can also get your South West Coast Path Passport Stamped at The Koru Cafe, at the Budock Vean Hotel forehshore, open Monday-Friday 9am-3pm.
There’s full itinerary on the South West Coastal Path Website and if you fancy resting you legs and enjoying discovering it from a different perspective why not join one of our Koru Kayak Adventures either on the Helford or St Agnes or a 90 minute Helford River Cruise from the Budock Vean Hotel?
However you enjoy your Green exercise this summer we hope to see you soon! If you are walking along the coastal path and spot our yellow Koru Kayaks or the Hannah Molly, the little blue boat we take out our Helford River Cruises then do give us a wave!
